Venue Rental  ~ Wedding

$2900 Saturdays and holiday weekends, $2500 Sunday -Thursday, non holidays

What's included?

10 hour rental ~ 5 hours event time

         Dressing cottage for the bride

         Hotel room for the groom (includes overnight)

        3 hour set-up time

        2 hour break-down

        Access to grounds and gardens

        Three beautiful rest rooms

        Bridal Party access to mansion for photography

        Night time lighting  of  Mansion and Meditation Garden

Front Porch availability as a rain backup location for wedding ceremony or receptions up to 40 ~ Space is limited to dinning however tables may be removed for dancing. Set up and cleaning fees $300. School House can accomodate 26 for an inside lunch or dinner. Set up and cleaning $300.

Optional guest tours of mansion $10-$15pp or walk thru to ceremony ~ $2 pp, $100 minimum.

*  $10 charge for each guest over 125, if permitted.


Chair rentals:  Resin $4 or Chiavari $6 per chair. 3 colors  of Chiavari chairs with pads are available.

Tables with poly linen and napkins $25 per table

Tent  $1600 -$2460 depending on wedding size up to 125. Complete with side walls and lighting.


We offer five preferred caterers. Each serve delicious  cuisine and have menus that fit all desires and many budgets. Non preferred caterers are permitted if approved by the Stetson Mansion. There is a $500 fee added for a non preferred caterer

Complete seated lunch buffet from $21 and dinner $31 - $66+ per person depending on caterer. Plated prices have additional fees.

Liquor ~ You can provide your own to give you a huge savings on your celebration or you can inquire rates from our caterers. Fee for bartender if needed.

Add 6.5% tax for rental, equipment and catering. Caterers usually add $18-20% gratuity.
