Groups and buses are welcome. Free street Parking for buses

Free parking for cars on the estate.

 Sales tax is not charged to groups that mail us a hard copy of their valid tax exempt certificate.

Admission prices:

Standard Tour - Adults $22 plus tax ($23.24) Students 1-22 $15 plus tax ($15.97)

Grand Tour -Adult $30 plus tax ($31.95) Children and Students 1-22 $20 plus tax ($21.30)

Please note that steps are involved and there are no elevators or ramps. No interior photography is permitted.

Tipping: We are often asked about tipping. Our guides give wonderful personal service for the 2 hours they spend with your group. The suggested tip amount is $2-$3 per person. Please share this with your group or perhaps add it to your price.


Group tours can usually be arranged at 10:30 and 1:30 Tuesday - Saturday even if not listed on our booking page. Please inquire. Closed Sept 14- Nov 14 and Jan 16th to Feb 4th. Christmas Spectacular! tours operate daily Nov 15th to Jan 15th..

We can accept a minimum of 16 up to 75 reservations per tour time. You must state the maximum number of tickets desired at time of booking. Add-ons are not permitted. Additional tickets can be purchased online if space is available. Visitors enter in divided guided groups with 18-25 people each (26 if requested) and enter 7-9 minutes apart.

Groups must arrive at least 25 minutes before tour time. Group tours are not private unless all tickets are purchased for that tour time.We are located in a quiet neighborhood. Free street parking for buses is always available just outside the Mansion gates. Limited restrooms are available so large groups are asked to plan a restroom visit before arrival. We can offer suggestions.

$100 Deposit by check is due within 7 days of booking to hold reservation. Make checks payable and send to:

At least 21 days before tour: Final group guest count is sent by email to the mansion. Final payment by check must be received at the mansion. (Booking with credit card payments can be made online by request and will have a $3 per person fee.) Full tour cancellation with full refund permitted 21 days or more before tour date.
 Cancellations must be made by email, not by telephone.  No refunds with less than 21 days notice. Proof of email notification to us with confirmation is required. There is no refund for "no shows" on tour day or for any reservation not canceled 21 days prior to tour date.
