Drive by charming turn of the century homes on Minnesota St and see the campus of Florida’s oldest private university on Woodland Blvd.

Nearby is Blue Springs where dozens of Manatees huddle on cold mornings in the warmer waters of the springs. This natural wonder is on the St. John River where river tours are like looking through a window into our past. If you are looking for thrills, jump out of a plane. DeLand is the regional capital of skydiving.
Just 12 miles north of downtown DeLand on Woodland Blvd (SR17) is the Barberville Pioneer Settlement at the intersection of SR40. This is a wonderful collection of historic buildings and it has many festivals each year. You can’t get more authentic than a real functioning blacksmith shop!

Directions to Stetson Mansion

Get Directions to Stetson Mansion in DeLand, FL

Stetson Mansion is not on the Stetson University campus. Just one turn to Camphor Lane from the interstate we are located about a mile west of downtown DeLand. Please bring these directions with you and view map below.

From The Villages and Summerfield:

Take 42 east. Turn left on 44 and go east. At the intersection of 44 and Spring Garden/SR15A turn right (south, Winn Dixie is at this intersection.) Count your 3rd left. Camphor lane.

From I-95 or Orlando:

I-95 Exit #249 West to DeLand via FL44/NY Ave.

I-4 Exit #118 West to DeLand via FL44/NY Ave.

Pass downtown DeLand (Woodland Blvd) and drive 1.2 miles west of downtown DeLand. Go left (south, Winn Dixie is at this intersection) on Spring Garden/15A. 3rd left onto Camphor Lane. First mansion on left!
