95% of the original structure and features exist in this magnificent home for the ages.
As a guest in our home our lively and friendly guides will share historic stories and amazing accomplishments.
The Mansion is neither a Victorian or Stetson museum. The Mansion and schoolhouse are not filled with old furniture, flowery Victorian curtains or crammed with Stetson artifacts. This is not a museum. The Mansion is a private residence filled with history that has evolved an updated while at the same time every original opulent detail has been preserved and protected.
Guides will share an intimate history of the Mansion, the Stetsons, famous families who grew the area, as well as sharing stories about the new owners. Guests will learn about the famed hat maker, John B. Stetson, and the many famous visitors that he hosted at the estate. You will also hear about the extensive two-year restoration and rebirth of this national historic treasure.
The Mansion receives no tax dollars or grants to underwrite the admission price. There is no photography permitted inside the mansion. Join us as we celebrate the Mansion’s history and present use, including the 140th Anniversary of this beautiful estate!

Group Information
Groups of 16+ get one free for every 15 paid. Purchase the Adult Group Ticket in as many bundles of 16 as needed.

Frequently asked questions
To manage your tickets, go to the home page and click Book a Tour. After you are redirected, go to the top right of the page and click Manage Tickets. We will send you a unique link that gives access to your order, including all tickets and items you have purchased or that have been issued to you. You will need the email address used to book the tickets to receive the link and access your order.

The Stetson Mansion is closed (during Christmas Tours) for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
The Stetson Mansion is closed May 10, 2026 through November 01, 2026 (to get the house ready for Christmas).
The Stetson Mansion is closed January 18, 2027 through February 07, 2027 (to get house ready for History Tours).
Downtown DeLand, FL is 1 mile away. take a right out of the gate. Turn right onto 15A. AT the next light (SR 44) make a right. continue straight on 44 to Woodland. (NO TURNS) Or Type in your maps “The Table” (a local favorite restaurant). Plenty of public parking, shops and restaurants.
