        Equipment Rental

All equipment is rented from SES. Chair rentals:  Resin $4 or Chiavari $6 per chair with pad, 3 colors are available. Tables with poly linen and napkins $25 per table. Bar $75.  Led Property Floods $40 each. Tenting  for up to 100 people $2400. Additional rental fee if a larger tent is required.



We offer five preferred caterers. Each serve delicious  cuisine and have menus that fit all desires and many budgets. Preferred Caterers: Athur's, Aunt C.Byte, John Michael and Puff'n Stuff. Non preferred caterers are permitted if approved by the Stetson Mansion. There is a $500 fee added when a non preferred caterer uses our facility.

Complete seated lunch buffet from $21. Dinner $31 - $66+ per person depending on caterer. Plated prices have additional fees.

Liquor ~ You can provide your own to give you a huge savings on your celebration or you can inquire rates from our caterers. Fee for bartender and set ups if serving any liquor.

Add 6.5% tax for rental, equipment and catering. Caterers usually add $18-20% gratuity.

 The average cost for a wedding in the Central Florida region is $25,000. This package represents a substantial savings: Venue Rental, Reception Tent, Buffet Catering Package, Tables, Chiavari style Chairs and all Linens, Floral Package (includes guest table centerpieces, personal floral and ceremony decor), Officiant, DJ Services, Photographer, Tuxedo for Groom, Limousine Service and Coordinator for both Rehearsal and the Day Of.

Venue Rental, Reception Tent, Tables, White Folding Chairs, all Linens, Buffet Catering Package and  Coordinator for both Rehearsal and the Day Of.

The above packages are offered by WIO and catered by John Michael's Events.  Bar setups, bartender(s), equipment, mixers and alcohol are not included but may be added for a reasonable fee. You may wish to supply your own alcohol for a large savings (all alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender).
